Hello!!! I am SO excited that you took the time to stop by my page! My name is Lisa Koehler and I’m a consultant in the Health & Wellness Industry. I am a single mom who CHOSE to THRIVE from adversity. From public aid to divorce to bankruptcy, I’ve over come it all!
I stumbled across an online marketing company a couple of years ago. As an Executive Assistant for my fulltime job, I didn’t have any experience at sales, building a team, let alone owning my own business! I didn’t have much expectations, really just wanted to make some friends (miserable marriage = no friends!) & maybe to make $100 a month. At that point $100 a month would have been HUGE!
One thing led to another, I made friends, I grew as a person and the next thing I knew I was helping hundreds of people reach their physical goals through programs such as P90X, Insanity, Turbofire & Shakeology. My real passion comes from helping others BELIEVE again! Giving them hope that there IS a better tomorrow! That no matter where they’ve been or what they are going through, they too can live the life they’ve dreamed of! Today I’ve built a six figure income and am helping others do the same.
Please don’t think that I’ve arrived, I’ve only just begun! I have BIG dreams for my daughter and I! Through my blog I will be sharing those with you! I hope that you will be INSPIRED & MOTIVATED towards reaching your own goals!

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that I think your story is GREAT. I am a single mom of 3 kids. Twin 10 year olds, and a 16 year old. I have been a Beachbody coach since Jan of this year. I am so excited!!! I just ordered my diamond pack to take this thing to the next lever. I just wanted to tell you that I am really beginning to see my checks grow each week. Next week I will get 86.00 I am so excited. THat is the biggest one yet. I have also started a fit club 2 weeks ago. I love being a coach and I love how health and fitness is so contagious. This is the best job ever!!! Congrats on your “retirement!!!”

That’s amazing. I just started 3 weeks ago and received my 1st check last week. I don’t think I have ever been more excited about a $27 check in life until the TBB check came in the mail. LOL It’s great to see so many excited people ready to get fit through health and wealth. I haven’t started a fit club yet. How do you start one. How do you find a location??
